What Will You Do?
As a Controls Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of the continuous improvement efforts.

  • Providing engineering expertise to drive Continuous Improvement across manufacturing processes.
  • \n

  • Leading capital improvement projects to enhance our production capabilities.
  • \n

  • Managing planned preventative maintenance through a computerized maintenance system.
  • \n

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, from architects to builders, to integrate new technology seamlessly.
  • \n

  • Designing, developing, and implementing control systems for cutting-edge machinery.
  • \n

  • Programming PLCs, HMIs, and motion control systems to meet customer specifications.
  • \n

  • Troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning machinery at both on-site and client locations.
  • \n

  • Offering technical support and training to end users.
  • \n

What They Are Looking For:

    \n
  • We need someone who’s passionate about engineering and ready to make a difference.
  • \n

  • A background in Electrical Engineering, preferably within the construction or raw materials sector.
  • \n

  • Hands-on experience with Siemens controls and automation systems.
  • \n

  • An in-depth understanding of servo systems, sensors, and automation.
  • \n

  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to plan, implement, and manage projects efficiently.
  • \n

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and CMS/PPM systems.
  • \n

  • A strong track record of working on projects with tight deadlines.
  • \n
