Vacancy: Controls Capacity Planner.

Location: Ciudad de Puebla (Mexico).

We are a leading Engineering company looking for an outstanding Controls Capacity Planner to join our team. In this role, you will report to the Controls Planning Manager and will ensure that our control systems are properly planned and implemented.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Program Managers to identify people and resource needs in the PLC and Robotics Departments.
• Coordinate and schedule installation capabilities with internal teams and external vendors.
• Review commissioning plans and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  
• Collaborate with project managers to develop commissioning timelines, resources and budgets.
  
• Monitor and manage commissioning schedules to ensure projects are completed on time.
  
• Facilitate and coordinate the assignment of resources to each project.
• Report to the PLC Manager and Robot Manager to coordinate the planning and follow up on the progression of the commissioning.
• Actively collaborate with HR Department to identify the best talent to perform the commissioning projects.

What will you need as a successful Controls Capacity Planner?

• Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field
• Proven experience in the automotive sector, in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of industrial controls systems, including PLC, HMI, and Robotics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as required.
• English and Spanish knowledge is required.
