Looking for an Electrical Controls Technician to troubleshoot, modify and program PLCs and HMI's. Selected candidate will be given the opportunity learn more about PLC programming from seasoned Controls Engineers. Ideally seeking an ambitious hands-on type person who desires a long-term career as a Controls Engineer. Previous experience as a Controls Engineer, Maintenance Controls Tech, Controls Electrician, Field Service Tech or Panel Builder are desired. Responsibilities of the Controls Technician:

• Layout, design, build, wire, install, program and troubleshoot electrical control panels, junction boxes, limit switches, sensors, motors (AC/DC), conduit and other electrical component
• Wire new machines and equipment with the latest electrical controls and components.
• Troubleshoot and modify Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC’s and HMIs
• Integrate, troubleshoot and modify robotic automation systems

Desired requirements of the Controls Technician:

• Experience troubleshooting and modifying PLC's and HMIs
• Experience wiring machines
• Able to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
• Familiar with electrical codes and standards
• Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics is a plus
• Experience programming robotics is a plus
• Able to travel 20 - 25% of the time
• Must be a US Citizen or have a Green Card
