BMS Controls Technician
Essential functions of this position Include but are not limited to:
- Read technical documents related to devices and equipment
- Work with a team of technicians to complete daily goals
- Conduct detailed point to point inspections
- Troubleshoot electrical circuits
- Replace or repair faulty devices or wiring
- Work with commissioning agents on final testing
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years of .
- Valid driver's license
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Problem solving skills/Critical thinking
- Work with safety in mind

- Requires standing for extended period with frequent stretching, reaching, walking, and stooping, pushing and/or pulling in an environment that may be cold, hot, noisy, and wet and may have fumes or odors.
- Ability to see various colors and shades of control and communication wiring without the need for corrective lens.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced computer skills, Configuration of devices with software
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Monitor and analyze electrical systems, Knowledge of circuitry
