● WE ARE KO GROUP We are KO GROUP and are expanding our team. We are looking for a COO who is willing to join a dynamic, motivated and open team . We are active in the leisure and entertainment sector in Belgium, France and Morocco. We operate trampoline parks under the brand KOJUMP and entertainment parks for children between 2 and 10 under the KOMINI brand. In these parks we focus on offering to both parents and children a memorable customer experienc e. We are planning to make KO GROUP a leading international player by extending our network of parks in a number of new geographies. KOGROUP is supported by Otium Leisure Capital to execute this pl an. We are currently looking for a COO to join our team and to contribute to our gro wth. Director of Operations Responsibili ties: Lead Park managers and teams in Belgium and a broad.Playing a leading role in compiling company budget and growth strategy with the Executive team.Displaying a brand ambassador att itude.Executing strategies to optimize company and asset g rowth.Ensuring expertise and effectiveness across all parks in oper ation.Creating and implementing initiatives to reduce company costs.Support financial repo rting.Driving employees and leading performance reviews, to ensure an engaged and skilled work force.Contribute to the activity planning for our KO Academy; the training arm of the group.Initiating best in class business prac tices.Collaborating with leadership to build an environment of collective responsibility and accountab ility.Ensuring adherence to key performance objectives to meet business and client expecta tions. Director of Operations Requir ements: 5+ years of experience managing a multi sites / complex enterprise's human resources, finances, operations, or str ategies.Experience in Amusement, Sports, complex hospitality industry pr eferred.Knowledge of best in class operations reporting and methodologic al toolsBalanced combination of EQ and IQ – strong leadership, capability of growing people within the teamAbility to manage budgets in a simil ar role.Proficient operational and financial acumen.Strong ethical leadership ab ilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Outstanding organizational skills.Ability to make projections three years into the future.
