Point Solutions Group is part of a team in California that is solving challenges in supporting our customer's mission of delivering and sustaining reliable Advanced Extremely High Frequency (AEHF) military satellite communications (MILSATCOM) capabilities to America's warfighters and allies. We looking for motivated self-driven technologists to join us! Currently our search is for a Junior to Mid level System Engineer with an active Secret Clearance, or higher, in the Sunnyvale, CA area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Obsolescence Tracking & Support
• Ensure that projects are completed on schedule following established procedures, schedules, system requirements, and work plan.
• Support the planning, organizing, control, Integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility, and with the customer when needed
• Support the coordination of COOLR System issues from a SEOSS Perspective.
• Support technical meetings standardizing processes across programs
• Support Ad hoc tasking by Program Technical Leader
• Hardware Configuration and Deployment

Required Skills and Experience:

• Active Secret Clearance (ability to get TS/SCI)
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field
• 3+ years of Systems Administration or Engineering experience
• SCAP and STIG Reviews for Systems
• Knowledge with Windows and Linux Support - primary Linux (Unix OS)
• Hardware Configuration and Deployment experience
• Experience with DevOps
• Experience navigating on VMs
• Experience with any of the following: Python, VBA, Perl, FORTRAN 77, and PowerShell
