Job Description: KEY OBJECTIVESTo manage Warehousing operation efficiently, cost-effective and safe manner.To manage logistics of equipment or materials in the field to be regulatory compliant.To provide safe, efficient and effective inventory management and materials coordination functions offshore.To be the single point contact between all offshore facility departments and the onshore supply department to facilitate efficient flow of materials to/from offshore.To maintain all information for status of materials current.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESResponsible for the day-to-day warehousing operation.To manage the inventory, ensuring all spares are accurately and fully identified, cataloged, coded, tagged, binned, stored, maintained, located and recorded in the purchasing/procurement management system.Receive all spares and materials in the Offshore facilities and ensure they are delivered promptly to the end-user.Manifest and document all spares, equipment and materials dispatched for repair/return, storage, disposal or return to supplier/contractors.Supervise the packaging of equipment and spares for dispatch and ensure required dangerous goods declarations are raised and proper documentation is issued with shipments.Administer all MRs in the field ensuring full and accurate specifications details are provided for all items and they are reviewed to ensure proper categorization.Perform cyclic stock takes on spares inventory and consumables, reviewing condition, categorization, levels and order points.Locate and issue required spares in the field ensuring purchasing/procurement management system is updated.To continually refine stock levels in spares and consumables and identify surplus, obsolete, unfit for use, non-certified (when required) items, with the objective of minimizing and optimizing the inventory level.Maintain the inventory storage to maintain in a clean, safe and efficient condition all inventory, continually rationalize and consolidate to optimize efficiency in access, location and condition of inventory holdings.Manage hazardous materials already on-site as per HSE procedures, concerned Regulations or as per industrial good practice.Participate in planning meetings with field management team contributing information on inventory & materials.Maintain and track all rental equipment on board by a rental register and expedite return to supplier.Maintain all materials transactions and movements within SAP and ensuring that SAP inventory module is always up to date.Plan, arrange and supervise loading/offloading of cargo on/off transport safely and in accordance to transportation of cargo via land, sea and air. Plan and oversee preservation activities at site.KEY AUTHORITIESAutomatic requisition of materials, to maintain required stock levels of all consumables.Overall in-charge of all Materials transaction at offshore facilities.SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIESFamiliar with the control of hazardous substances when handling hazardous substances for offshore usage.Distribute as required the Material Safety Data Sheets for the field.Ensure all materials, equipment and plant is stored securely, safely and in accordance with stated labels, materials safety data sheets, manufactures date, etc.Ensure adequate stockholdings are continually reviewed and maintained for safety critical plant and equipment.Report all accident, incident, near-misses and dangerous occurrences to Supervisor immediately.Participate in regular musters, drills and exercises as per field exercise schedule.Carry out emergency response duties in accordance with field Emergency Response Plan.Regulate, endorse and manage PTW at warehouse.
