Summary

Kess is looking for an individual that will be able to manage a fast-paced wholesale and direct consumer environment. Review orders to sure all information is accurate. Communicate with Supply Chain/Logistics and Sales teams to ensure order is fulfilled timely. After shipment, orders will need completed proper documents.

A Coordinator for Kessler Corporation will be required to be well-organized, driven, proficient in Excel, and possess excellent communication skills. They must be comfortable with Excel, understand EDI, order processing and invoicing. Knowledge of warehouse operations related to inventory counts and reworks is also desired.

Job Responsibilities:

·        Review and enter orders.

·        Manage and maintain daily open order spreadsheet

·        Communicate with Supply Chain/Logistics and Sales teams.

·        Follow up with Specialty customers on orders and process credit cards.

·        Release paperwork to Shipping

·        Pull, package, and process daily Target DVS, Tik Tok and WM Marketplace orders

·        Scan completed paperwork then file digitally in an organized manner.

·        Assist with pulling products for samples and shows.

·        Assist the Sr. Director, Supply Chain/Logistics in the warehouse (reworks, inventory counts, etc.)

·        Open communication to team members.

·        Customer service emails

·        Perform additional duties assigned.

Reports to Senior Manager, Sales Administration

Requirements / Skills:

·        Minimum 5 years’ experience in fasted paced warehouse distribution environment.

·        Solid organizational skills.

·        Excellent communication skills (Verbal, written, in person)

·        Knowledge and understanding of basic CRM or ERP systems.

·        Proficient use of Microsoft Office products. (Excel, Word)

·        Attention to detail with high-level accuracy.
