Our boutique law firm client is seeking a Corporate Attorney with 7+ years of experience to join their team at the Associate or Partner level. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned corporate attorney looking for a flexible, hybrid work environment with remote options. Candidates with a portable book of business are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on general corporate matters and business transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements.
• Assist with business formations, governance, and compliance.
• Support M&A and other corporate transactions as needed.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide strategic legal counsel.
• Manage junior attorneys and legal staff, offering mentorship and support.
• Contribute to business development efforts, with opportunities to expand the firm's corporate practice.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in corporate law.
• Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills.
• Portable book of business for counsel or partner-level candidates.
• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Excellent interpersonal, client management, and leadership skills.
