Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for payroll and process improvement? We invite you to apply for the Corporate Payroll Analyst position! In this role, you'll be responsible for processing master data changes, maintaining detailed audit trails, and collaborating with various business teams to achieve results. You'll also assist with testing new payroll applications in SAP, provide process improvement recommendations, and ensure accurate payroll processing for over 350,000 employees. If you have a four-year degree, 3+ years of high-volume payroll experience, and strong communication skills, we want to hear from you! Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Process master data changes for Corporate and Monthly associates.
  • Maintain detailed audit trail for all work performed.
  • Assist with testing of new payroll applications in SAP.
  • Provide process improvement recommendations.
  • Collaborate with multiple business teams within the organization to achieve results.
  • Communicate with employees and other departments to answer questions and resolve problems.
  • Process payroll in SAP, properly accounting for all valid employees.
  • Document and resolve processing exceptions and errors during payroll processing.
  • Escalate issues timely to appropriate support personnel.
  • Create process documentation.
  • Document and publish all payroll processing results and issues.
  • Execute daily off-cycle payroll runs according to documented procedures and schedules.
  • Review and resolve Corporate audits as scheduled to ensure accurate payroll.
  • Other tasks/projects as required to meet departmental goals.
  • Perform additional analysis and special project work related to payroll.

Requirements:

  • Four-year degree required.
  • 3+ years of high-volume Payroll experience
  • Must maintain security of highly confidential information.
  • Demonstrated ability to determine root cause and implement preventive measures.
  • Familiar with employer and employee taxes and ability to calculate checks from gross to net.
  • High sense of accountability
  • General understanding of Accounting Principals
  • Highly organized and detailed
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize and achieve results in a multi-tasked environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate Excel Skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
