Position Title: Cost Controller Analyst

Department: Finance, Accounting and Controlling

Reporting to: Finance Manager

Pay Range: $60,000 - 70,000

Position Mission:

· The candidate will perform accounting and controlling activities under the supervision of the Finance Manager.

Position Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare, analyze, and report the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports has assigned by Company’s objectives.
• Provide or perform detailed analysis regards with Cost of Manufacturing, Inventory, Revenue, and Expenses.
• Assist in month-end closing, analyze, and inform to appropriate person to address the any accounting or controlling related issues.
• To assist and maintain the ensuring internal controls established by company is executed and performed with adequate level
• Ensure timely submission, accuracy, and validity of reports to associated team members or managers.
• Provide any additional accounting related ad hoc projects but not limited to.
• Maintain general expense, actual and forecast for all department managers
• Maintain Booking of the Payroll,
• Assist and Support the Month End Closing procedures
• Maintain accurate records and provide supporting documentation for all journal entries

Education required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance

Experiences required:

• Minimum of 1 year of Accounting/Finance experience.

• Good written, verbal communication and collaborative skills

• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products; ability to adapt to new/different computer programs and software to enable efficient data gathering and analysis
