Our Clean Energy and Renewables team is looking for a Cost Controller to join the team, helping the largest clients across the country. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong technical knowledge but equally strong client collaboration skills.Job DescriptionTurner & Townsend will give you the opportunity to work with world class clients on cutting edge projects and to build a successful career with a company that will offer the highest levels of support at every stage.We are looking for someone to assist the project and engineering teams in design, tendering and execution of several key packages to maintain the project schedule and budget. Our Cost Controller roles includes:Development of project cost control structures to track and controls actual costs informationEstablishing and setting the project control budget to set the baselineThe tracking and control project accruals and commitments against set budget constraintsThe accurate and timely reporting of all project information to include Earned Value ManagementThe tracking of project contingency expenditure and reporting of its linkage to remaining risk on the projectsQualificationsMust be currently in Australia with full working rights.Someone with an analytical mindset that can dig into detail and sort out historical and future cost and claimsExperience with claim verificationProficient in the use of SAP and PrismRelevant work experience, ideally in a consultancy environmentNatural Resources or Renewables experience preferred. Ability to demonstrate attention to detailTeam player with the ability to work autonomouslyExcellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skillsHighly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to yourclients and have the ability to work independentlyAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
