Working cross-functionally with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather comprehensive details for precise estimation. Reviewing bids from subcontractors and vendors for conformity to project requirements and overall budgetary constraints. Implementing best practices in cost estimation and establishing protocols for regular updating and revising of estimates. Presenting, explaining, and justifying project estimates to senior management and relevant stakeholders. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, new technologies, and government regulations that could affect project costs. Presenting cost saving solutions Requirements Graduated from Civil Engineering or Architecture departments of universities At least 5 years of experience in Technical Office or Tender Department Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Attention to detail Capable of presenting Strong communication skills to communicate with suppliers Good understanding sub & superstructure construction works Able to analyze project requirements, technical specifications, drawings Excellent command of Hungarian and English, both written and spoken, is a must Proficient in using Excel, MS Project and AutoCAD Information
