Your ability to accurately assess costs and collaborate with designers and vendors will be key to our continued success. Key Responsibilities: Collaboration: Work closely with designers to grasp project specifications and translate them into detailed cost estimates. Estimation: Develop precise cost estimates by interpreting CAD drawings and utilizing a standard price list. Vendor Sourcing: Obtain quotes from vendors for specialized project components, such as custom focal walls. Client Interaction: Adjust estimates to align with client budgets, quality expectations, and timelines. Data Management: Keep project data updated in QuickBooks and HubSpot for seamless tracking and communication. Ongoing Communication: Maintain clear communication with clients, designers, and vendors throughout the estimation process. The Profile Qualifications: Experience in construction estimation, with the ability to interpret CAD drawings. Familiarity with pricing strategies for custom design projects. Proficient in QuickBooks, with HubSpot experience being a plus. Strong English communication skills for both client and internal interactions in the region. Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
