Certification/License

• The individual must have a current certification in crane operation.

Essential Duties

• Operate Manitowoc 3900W lattice boom friction crane

• Operate forklift

• Operate drydock

• Operate shift boat

• Maintain equipment in a clean and safe condition

• Identify and address all issues that may affect the successful completion of assigned projects

• Will be required to wear personal protective equipment- hard hat, safety glasses, steel toe boots/shoes and, when necessary, respirator

• Work independently to complete responsibilities

• Must have regular, reliable attendance

• Other duties may be assigned as workload requirements dictate

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have recent experience in operating a lattice boom crane

• Minimum 5 years crane operating experience

• Maintenance ability preferred

• Must be able to work effectively with others

• Must be a steady, reliable worker

• Must be able to comprehend and follow complex instructions

• Must be self motivated and able to complete responsibilities with minimal supervision

This is a fulltime position, however crane operations are not continuous. Must be willing to perform other work such as maintaining equipment, operating other equipment, welding if skilled, etc.
