Crushing Plant Operations Lead

CTC Crushing is now hiring! If you are a Crushing Plant Operations Lead looking for an opportunity in Las Vegas, we would love to hear from you!
The primary responsibilities of this position are meeting financial goals and to ensure a safe work environment. The ideal candidate to fill this role will also be performing tasks including physical labor, assigning daily tasks to the production crew as directed by the Plant Manager, and lending preventative maintenance measures.
*Day and graveyard shifts available*
Pay Range: $24-30 p/h
Requirements:
- Experience performing repairs on a crushing plant (Conveyors, jaw, cone, screens, etc.)
- 3-5 years of experience leading a maintenance crew
- Ability to prioritize maintenance tasks
- Comfortable working outdoors (in extreme Las Vegas weather conditions)
- Must have strong equipment and industry knowledge
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
