Culture and sustainability have become hot topics because of the increasing awareness of the impact of human activities on the environment and society.

A consulting firm specialising in employee investigations, culture, and HR consulting solutions is hiring a team of culture and sustainability experts to support its growing client base. They have a lot of passion and have a genuine commitment to partner with their clients in promoting the subject.

You will develop and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce the organisation’s environmental impact. Engage clients in sustainability programs through communication from a people, practice, governance, strategy and behavioural perspective. Conduct research and analysis to assess the effectiveness of current culture and sustainability practices.

The ideal candidate must have strong communication and influencing skills to drive engagement and participation. A mixture of culture, investigations, DEI, HR and employment law expertise is highly advantageous.
