To coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules. Plan and schedule material/production needs. Develops an operational plan for the own manufacturing activities. Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures. Strong problem-solving skills required.
 

As a Custom Stator Cell – Lead Production Control Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Managing master planning, material processes and systems, preparing and updating production schedules and purchasing needs. 
• Ensuring operational alignment with production plan and KPIs.
• Optimizing inventory and process improvements.
• Exchanging data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures.
• Handling standardized manufacturing processes
• Making guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department.
• Leading a small manufacturing unit or a part of a bigger unit with a budget > $ 1.5 million.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a technical degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with good experience in Manufacturing.
• Have good experience in Materials Planning and Executions.
• Have good oral and written communication skills.
• Have good interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Have ability to influence others and lead small teams.
• Lead initiatives and moderate scope and impact.
• Have ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
• Have effective problem identification and solution skills.
• Have proven analytical and organizational ability.
