About the role
As a Customer Complaint Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing customer complaints related to medical devices. Your excellent communication skills will be essential as you interact with both manufacturing and product development teams for global services. By collaborating closely with these teams, you’ll ensure that our products are optimized and that proactive measures are taken to enhance the overall customer experience. You will also get to look at areas that can be optimized and automated to streamline processes even further. The Medical Device Development Team, which operates globally, falls under the responsibility of the Therapy team.
Some of what you will be doing
- You will be responsible for managing customer complaints for specific medical devices working closely with other members of the product teams to provide timely responses to customers.
- You will support the complaint trending, an important activity in post-market surveillance of medical devices.

- You have experience with customer complaint handling, ideally for medical devices or pharmaceuticals
- An excellent communicator, with the ability to guide others.
- Well organized with attention to detail.
- Analytical mind-set, enjoys solving problems using technology
- Solution oriented and work well within an international team
- Have excellent English skills both written and oral
- Work independently to obtain new knowledge
