Job DescriptionCandidates from Hungary and Romania are also welcome!Responsible for the organization, coordination and control of all relevant workflows and processes in the context of order processing. First customer contact for all logistic related topics.- Manage the relationship with existing customers- Support the Regional Sales and KAM- Generate customer settings in SAP and Sales Force- Handling of order booking, lead times, deliveries and complaints- Daily communication with respective areas- Scheduling order confirmations and deliveries according to the orders- Compliance with relevant instructions and regulations.QualificationsQualifications- University degree in the field of Logistics, Economics or other related area- 1-3 year experience of customer service- Language knowledge: fluent communication skills in English and Hungarian- Open minded, team player attitude- Focus on deadlines- SAP knowledge is an advantageAdditional Information
