Job Description

The Customer Service Representative is a liaison between Crestview and its current and potential customers as well as with our Independent Sales Representatives. Candidate will be able to take ownership of effectively answering customer inquiries, issues, and complaints regarding their orders, shipments, and/or other subjects via email and/or phone for their given territory. Candidates will also take ownership of effectively entering and verifying orders received for their given territory.

·       Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner efficiently

·       Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound emails in a timely manner efficiently

·       Enter/Verify large amounts of inbound Sales Orders in a timely manner efficiently

·       File damage claims as necessary

·       Identify customers’ needs, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives and clarify information

·       Keep records of all conversations in our company's communication system

·       Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

·       Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Required Skills

·       Minimum 5 years’ experience in one-on-one customer relations position

·       Strong phone and verbal/written communication skills along with active listening

·       Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

·       Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

·       Attention to detail

·       Efficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, 365)

 

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:  8 hour shift Monday to Friday

Experience:  Client Services & Customer Support: 5 years (Required)

Work Location: In person
