Welsh-Speaking Customer Service & Operations Manager – North Wales
We are working with a successful and growing dive school that is expanding into an innovative activity centre near Bangor, North Wales. They are looking for a proactive and organised individual to take on a leadership role, overseeing customer service and operational management while delivering an excellent experience to their customers.
About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth running of the centre.
- Handling customer bookings, enquiries, and coordinating staff schedules.
- Supervising and supporting the team to deliver high-quality service.
- Ensuring administrative tasks and operational workflows are efficient.
About You
The ideal candidate:
- Speaks Welsh fluently to engage with the local community.
- Lives locally and holds a full driving licence for easy access.
- Has leadership experience in the outdoor activities or tourism sector, such as working in a mountain tour company or activity centre.

- Salary: £28,000–£38,000 (negotiable upon experience).
