Our client

Are you an experienced customer service representative who enjoys a challenge and wants to join a vibrant and energetic team. Our eCommerce fulfilment and logistics client are looking for a candidate who can help support their business and provide excellent customer service.

 

Main Duties

\n
• Deal with customers, suppliers, and members of the public (booking deliveries)

\n

• Manage generic email in boxes.

\n

• Manage our own WMS systems plus some external systems (couriers etc).

\n

• Process orders

\n

• Book transport

\n

• Deal with customer queries

\n

• Support other departments to include operations, sales etc.
