Bring your Customer Service skills to Elephant Racing, the established global leader in design and manufacture of performance suspension products for Porsche cars.
Our Sales team provides first-level support for customers ranging from daily drivers to full set-up.
We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative with a great personality for incoming phone inquiries, prompt and positive approach for following up on first line customer questions. Data entry skills for processing customer sales orders including order entry, order processing, invoicing and shipping.
Customer Service Representative Specific Duties
- Prompt attention to Incoming and outgoing telephone inquiries
- Develop a strong rapport with customers
- Prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Accurate and expedient data entry skills
- Develop and maintain a knowledge of our product line.
- Interact with other departments to expedite customer responses.
Customer Service Representative Minimum experience required
- 2 - 5 years of customer service experience
- Demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor
- Desire to learn about our product line
- Interested in an opportunity with potential for professional growth.
