CRS Data Solutions currently has an opening for a full- or part-time entry level customer service/data entry position.

Please note: This position is fully in-person.

We are a family-owned business with a casual but hard-working office environment, including 2 friendly dogs. Employees have their own workspace and are required to work independently as well as part of a team. At CRS, our mission is to consistently deliver the highest level of customer service in the industry. Frequent communication via email & messaging, along with incoming/outgoing phone calls will be necessary. Processing accurate data entry from various formats will be required.

Job Requirements:

· Proficient computer skills

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Problem solving and critical thinking skills

· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

· Friendly and committed to high levels of customer service

· Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills and grow within the company

· Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment

· High school diploma or equivalent

Details:

· We are located in NW Portland (Industrial District).

· Compensation: Negotiable based on skills and experience.
