We are hiring a Customer Service Associate to join our growing team. We are a locally owned franchise here in Alaska with over 11 locations to serve you.

We will provide on the job training with no retail experience needed. Just a positive attitude and ready to learn!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers in a friendly manner
• Deliver exceptional customer service !
• Be knowledgeable of products and services offered
• Process incoming mail
• Process print service orders
• Provide shipping and packaging services
