• Worksite Location: St. Louis Park, MN
• Compensation: $25.00-$27.00 per hour

What you will do as the Customer Service Specialist:

• Answering inbound and making outbound telephone calls servicing Senior clients
• Conversations with Clients and Customers; providing information about company services
• Scheduling appointments and gathering client information with accuracy and efficiency
• Contacts clients to obtain missing information or data
• Supporting Sales Team, setting appointments, confirmations and follow-up calls
• Client base is 65+ so experience with dealing with Senior Aged Clients is a plus
• Working on various computer systems including Microsoft products and Salesforce
• Data entry of client information into company database with accuracy and efficiency
• Able to follow directions and work independently but also able to work as a team to accomplish company goals
• Provide support to existing office administrative staff during completion of application and filing process which may include sorting, copying, scanning, faxing, filing, and mailing

What you will bring to the role as the Customer Service Specialist:

• 3+ years of office support, administrative assistant and customer service experience
• 1+ years of Medicare or Health Insurance knowledge
• Background at local or insurance companies dealing with Medicare or health insurance products desired but not required
• High Proficiency with MS Office - including Word, Excel and Outlook and others
• Experience with Salesforce platform
• Ability to pass Annual Medicare AHIP Training and certification
• Experience with Social Media Marketing
• Basic website maintenance through Word Press
