A customer service specialist assists customers with questions regarding their Oates Energy accounts over the phone and on line. We are a growing company and looking for customer focused, goal oriented people that are interested in growing with us!!  We will consider hiring part time employees. We appreciate your time and interest in Oates Energy.

Initial Job Responsibilities:

• Open / Close customer accounts
• Take payments over the phone
• Assist customers with trouble shooting leaks
• Return Mail review and account updates
• Inform customers of updates and assist with any questions
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or experience working with the public
• Bi-lingual is a plus
