We are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to serve as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring seamless order processing and outstanding customer support. In this role, you will be responsible for entering and managing orders, assisting with sales support, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys building strong customer relationships.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage customer relationships by serving as their main point of contact for orders, inquiries, and support.
- Lead and mentor the customer support team, providing training and guidance to improve efficiency and customer interactions.
- Enter and process customer orders accurately, ensuring on-time fulfillment.
- Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams to track orders and resolve any issues.
- Provide sales support, including pricing, quotes, and product information.
- Handle customer communications via phone, email, and online portals to maintain strong relationships.
- Resolve issues proactively, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and account updates.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in customer account management, sales support, or a related field.
- Leadership experience, including mentoring or training team members.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce .
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with excellent attention to detail.
