Customs & Logistics Planner

As a Customs & Logistics Planner, you will ensure goods are shipped on-time from the suppliers using the correct shipping methods to meet targeted delivery windows across our various markets. You will be responsible for ensuring J.Lindeberg is following all necessary customs regulations for Europe and US both for import and export.Main working tasks Manage and monitor deliveries using our ERP (Business Central) and BI system (QlikView) for optimal performance. Develop and communicate the shipment manual to our suppliers quarterly. Custom declaration control Ensure tariff codes are accurately entered into our PLM (Centric) system and communicate any changes to the production team. Contact with our customs broker in Sweden and in US Collaborate with our US customs broker to classify all products prior to each new season. Report and communicate any inbound shortages to relevant stakeholders. Handle claims for late deliveries, missing pieces, or non-compliance with our shipment manual. Play an active role in implementing a new OMB system to monitor inbound deliveries. Work proactively to enhance our IT systems for greater digitalization and efficiency.Essential Characteristics Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in customs and logistics planning Deep understanding of customs regulations and tariff classifications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage claims and improve processes. Experience of working in excel and ERP systems such as BC (Business Central) Entrepreneurial and result oriented Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with suppliers, brokers, and internal teams.
