Come join us and be a part of our digitalization journey.工作目标 Objectives:Our mission is to ensure high cyber security awareness and standards in BASF’s R&D environment while achieving efficient data management and easy access to information.As a Cyber Security Lab Automation specialist, your mission will be to support our laboratory teams in their digitalization and automation journey by ensuring compliance with Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) security standards. With your expertise, you will actively contribute to the enhancement of the cyber-security maturity of BASF laboratories.主要任务 Main Task:- Your primary responsibility for this role is to serve as a technical security expert in questions related to laboratory digitalization and automation, providing secure access to applications, platforms and networks. Additionally, you will be responsible for users and bots identity management, working with the OT and IT security teams for risk assessment and analysis and ensuring the implementation and adherence to required BASF security controls.- Promoting a security mindset is your passion, your colleagues appreciate your ability to teach, to support others, to advise, to explain and re-explain benefit of proper cyber-security controls in laboratory environment. Finding the right balance between cyber-security and usability for end users is your goal.- Concretely, you will be supporting chemical laboratory’s stakeholders to reduce their cyber-security risk exposure by assisting them in all phases of the process; Identify threats, Calculate and mitigate risks, assess current compliance, identify gaps and findings, develop and implement a compliance plan to remediate findings.- As part of an international team, you contribute to promote ideas, adopt new technologies to implement steps to increase cyber security and mitigate cyber-attacks before they occur.-You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, informatics, engineering or several years of experience in IT/OT cyber-security and digitalization of chemical laboratories. -You have 3 years of experience in IT and/or OT cyber-security and/or risks management. -Or you have several year experiences supporting laboratory digitalization -You have one or more certifications in cyber-security such as GICSP, CompTIA Security+ considered as a plus.-You have oral communication skills and interpersonal skills to effectively influence decisions, promote ideas, adopt new technologies, and build relationships of mutual trust with multiple international stakeholders focused on fulfilling clients’ needs and requirements.-You handle complex, compliance, and business problems with transparency, strong engagement, and adaptability.-You are familiar with the concept of risk management, compliance assessment -Fluent English and Mandarin skills中国数字枢纽于 2020 年在南京成立。作为全球数字中心（Global Digital Hub Verbund）的一部分，该中心正在快速发展，目标是在未来几年内员工人数达到三位数。该中心专注于数字化和创新的IT解决方案，以增强巴斯夫在中国的IT产品组合和专业技能，它为巴斯夫带来了一支全能的数字人才团队，在中国独特的数字环境下为巴斯夫创造解决方案。它还为湛江新的特大型项目的智能制造工作做出了贡献。Digital Hub China was founded in 2020 in Nanjing.
