We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Dynamics F&O Solution Architect. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and expertise in implementing, customising, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) solutions. The Dynamics F&O Solution Architect will play a key role in guiding the architectural design, ensuring best practices, and delivering end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements while integrating seamlessly into existing systems.

  Solution Design & Architecture:

  \n
  • Lead the design and development of end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.

  \n

  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

  \n

  • Develop system architecture diagrams, integration plans, and solution documentation.

  \n

  • Oversee the technical and functional aspects of the Dynamics 365 F&O implementation.

  \n

  \n

  Project Leadership:

  \n

  \n
  • Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, developers, and other technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

  \n

  • Assist in scoping and estimating project time-lines, resources, and effort.

  \n

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project life-cycle.

  \n

  • Proactively identify and resolve technical issues during project execution.

  \n

  \n

• \n

  Customisation & Configuration:

  \n

  \n
  • Oversee the configuration of Dynamics 365 F&O to meet business needs and ensure system optimisation.

  \n

  • Implement necessary customisation's using extensions and ensure they follow best practices for long-term sustainability.

  \n

  \n

\n

• \n

  Integration:

  \n

  \n
  • Design and manage integration's with other enterprise applications (e.g., CRM, third-party systems, data warehouses).

  \n

  • Leverage tools such as Data Management, Logic Apps, and Power Automate to create seamless work-flows and integration's.

  \n

  \n

\n

• \n

  Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management:

  \n

  \n
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients on technical and architectural aspects of the solution.

  \n

  • Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on deep product knowledge and industry best practices.

  \n

  • Conduct design and review sessions with stakeholders to ensure the solution meets expectations.

  \n

  \n

  Performance & Optimisation:

  \n

  \n
  • Conduct system performance reviews and provide guidance for optimisation's as required.

  \n

  • Review code quality, data models, and system configurations to ensure they meet best practices.

  \n

  \n

\n

  Training & Mentorship:

  \n

  \n
  • Provide mentorship to junior consultants and developers on Dynamics F&O development, configuration, and architecture.

  \n

  • Lead workshops and training sessions to ensure teams and clients are aligned on system capabilities and best practices.

  \n

  \n

\n\nQualifications & Skills:\n

\n
• \n

  Education:

  \n

  \n
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  \n

  \n

\n

• \n

  Experience:

  \n

  \n
  • 8+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or Dynamics AX (2009, 2012) with at least 4+ years as a solution architect.

  \n

  • Proven track record of successful end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O solutions in large-scale enterprise environments.

  \n

  • Strong experience with D365 modules such as Finance, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, and Retail.

  \n

  \n

  Technical Skills:

  \n

  \n
  • In-depth knowledge of D365 F&O architecture, security model, and customisation options.

  \n

  • Expertise in X++ development, extensions, and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management).

  \n

  • Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).

  \n

  • Knowledge of cloud computing (Azure) and integration tools (Logic Apps, Data Management, APIs).

  \n
