Responsible for the development of DB process technical scheme and DB process flow of high-speed module;2, responsible for the evaluation and verification of new product packaging process and give program conclusions;3, strict implementation of quality management standards, proposed to improve the device process, improve product yield, reduce production costs;4, responsible for new product sample production and performance verification;5. Responsible for improving the performance, quality and yield of new products from development to mass production;6. Responsible for writing reports and documents related to new product evaluation and trial production;Qualifications:1. Bachelor degree or above, major in microelectronics, semiconductor physics, electronic engineering, etc.2, more than 3 years experience in process and process maintenance;3, familiar with SPC, CPK, data processing tools, quality tools;4, the main optical device or optical module principle, fiber and grating coupling understanding is preferred;5, with strong communication skills and team spirit, strong sense of responsibility;6. Good English reading and writing skills;
