CBW has a new opportunity for an electrical engineer to join a leading FM company on a permanent basis. This position is based on a static site in the centre of Manchester. You will be working in a team, responsible for the call towers, chillers and other electrical work required on site. You must have previous experience within a data centre and have your 18th edition qualification. Below are all of the details on this role:



Hours:



08:00-17:00 Monday-Friday



Key responsibilities:



Electrical - Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution)



Generators



Call towers



Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings



Emergency lighting



Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)



Chillers - Re-set



BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)



UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readingsPerson specification:



Electrically or Mechanically Qualified



City & Guilds - Level 2 & 3



City & Guilds - 18th Edition (If electrical)



Data Centre experience (Preferred not essential)



A proven track record in Building Maintenance working



Good Communication Skills.

Salary up to £38,000



Call out 1  in 2 at 1.5x/2.0x (£100 flat rate)
