Data Engineer | Not-for-profit | Hybrid

The Company: Robert Half Technology are working with a nationally recognised Not for Profit client who require an experienced data engineer to support an AlayaCare data migration project on a three-month contract. The primary role will be to successfully migrate data from the existing system into the clients new AlayaCare system utilising SQL and the AlayaCare data import tool.Responsibilities:Write complex queries with SQL, store procedures and functions. Populate the data load and review inaccuracies via SQL.Work autonomously to migrate the required data in the strict project timelines.Read previously written code and document extensively on changes made.Data cleansing including implementing new processes to ensure accuracy, consistency and integrity.Develop and maintain ETL/ ELT processes to streamline data integration and improve efficiencies.Use the AlayaCare data import for the data migration.Requirements:Extensive experience in a similar data engineering roleAt least five years' experience with SQLProven delivery on data migration projects ideally AlayaCare.Strong bias towards detailed documentation.
