The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do soRequired Qualifications: Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in: Business requirement discovery and analysis, business requirement/business value documentation, and user acceptance criteriaUnderstanding of US data privacy laws, ethical considerations in data collection, storage, and processing and their applications in data engineering practicesDocumenting system architectures and data flowsData engineering, data pipeline design and implementation of dimensional data warehouse solutionsAgile development methodologyExposure to machine learning technologies and predictive analytics 2+ years of experience with WhereScape RED Data pipeline design and implementationData integrationData ingestion, CDC, on-prem/cloud data sources, structured/semi-structured dataData orchestrationPebble scripting, Windows Powershell scriptingChange approval process, release management and deploymentProduction support and issue resolution 2+ years of experience in Snowflake data cloud platform: batch loading and streaming, DDL/DML, stored proceduresPerformance optimization Experience in US health insurance industry At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
