Data Operations Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows.
• Transform data into compelling visualizations using Power BI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.
• Advocate best practices in data collection and quality.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field, plus 2+ years in a related role; OR 5+ years equivalent experience.
• Expertise in MS SQL Server, Python, TSQL, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with data storage solutions (Data Warehouses, Lakes) and ETL tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory).
• Knowledge of data modeling, schema design, and analytics.

Experience:

• Background in franchising or retail.
• Proficiency in DAX, PowerQuery, and Microsoft Power Platform.
