Data/Performance engineer
The ideal candidate will practice all aspects of Performance Measurement including: Works closely with the department manager to establish a continuous performance reporting system. Assists in Creating performance indicators and dashboards for operational services. Tracks, Measures, and analyzes company/Department performance measurements set to identify performance improvement opportunities. Develops appropriate techniques to gather data, streamlining and automating to the most prudent use possible. Develops the skills of the data support staff and other quality/operations staff in collecting, analyzing, and reporting information. Ensures accurate data is collected on a timely basis, regular reports on progress are distributed and makes recommendations for future improvements based on data. Maintains a database of all relevant measures per department. Conducts root cause analysis and comes up with corrective actions as required. Works collaboratively with other staff, leaders, and managers to continuously improve data accuracy and improve measurement process. Requirements 4+ years of experience in a performance culture. Strong Statistical background. Knowledge of the Balanced Scorecard framework. Intensive knowledge of Performance KPIs and Benchmarking. Knowledge of dashboard reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) Advanced experience with Microsoft Office products (specifically with respect to Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). Strong attention to detail required. Strong communication skills. Knowledge of ISO9001 is an advantage. Knowledge of ISO27001 is an advantage.
