Key Responsibilities:
* Develop detailed test plans and automated scripts for data processing software, integrating data from multiple sources into a central repository.
* Design, implement, and maintain effective testing strategies to validate data accuracy and integrity.
* Establish and apply data quality standards, continuously improving data processing methods.
* Collaborate with data architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to resolve data issues and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
* Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns within large, complex data sets.
* Document benchmarks for data quality and identify opportunities for internal process improvements.
* Create automated scripts for generating complex reports, suggesting enhancements to improve data quality.
What We’re Looking For:
* Approximately 5 years of experience in a similar role, with strong technical skills, including SQL, Python, data modeling, and ETL processes.
* Proficiency with data visualization tools like PowerBI.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills—able to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Proven experience delivering results within a multi-disciplinary team.
* Collaborative, professional, and driven, with a talent for working within a close-knit team.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
* Experience working in a product-focused, agile environment.
Additional Information:
* This role requires occasional travel to Leeds for team meetups and project collaboration.
