Data Science Internship (non-thesis): Implementation of Safety Management Tool

Then this assignment might be interesting to you!Background informationTo ensure a sustainable and effective way of working for safety, it is important for ASML to continuously improve the supporting management systems to be ready for the future. ​The Development and Engineering (D&E) Lab & Tool Safety Team ensures that ASML is developing machinery and tools that are safe to use and comply with regulations and customer requirements. To achieve this goal the team enables designers to develop safe & compliant tools on a daily basis. The team consists of ten safety experts, all within the Safety & Compliance department of D&E at ASML.Your assignmentAs an intern, you will be responsible for the data transfer of safety information in a new management tool. Together with our safety experts, you will be part of a project team, responsible for an effective deployment of this tool into the ASML organization.For this assignment, some of your tasks will include:Familiarize yourself with the new tool by using the available information;Transfer data from the old database to the new database;Support the implementation of the tool;Advise colleagues on the usage of the tool;Finalize the project and present;Your profileTo be a match for this internship, you:Are busy with your bachelor's in Data Science or in a related study;Are ready to work in a team environment;Have a proactive attitude to work;Have good communication skills in English (verbal and written).This is an apprentice internship for 4-5 days a week with a duration of 3-6 months. The start date is as soon as possible.Please note that we can only consider students who are enrolled at a school for the entire duration of the internship.
