Job Description Electrical Estimator Based in East London, the company are a long established and highly respected Electrical contractor. Theirclient base ranges from blue chip companies such as a premier league football club to government institutions including educational facilities which range from Universities, Schools, NHS Hospitals, critical research labs, buildings and local authorities across London. They also carry out works for a vast range of commercial and private businesses, with typical project values range from £10,000 up to £1m Due to the rapid growth of the business, they are now looking for a new member to join the estimating team to help them support their current client base and continue with their growth plan. Key Responsibilities: Tendering electrical projects ranging from £20,000 - £1,000,000 Leading the implementation of their new estimating software Working on term contracts, full specified projects, and design & build works Making sure deadlines are met Understanding project and estimating terms and conditions Representing and conducting one to one meetings with clients if required Take offs from drawings, interpretation of specifications/drawings to project needs Dealing with wholesalers/subcontractors for quotations, and making sure they meet the requirements of the...
