Description & SummaryWorking for the global firm ensuring 24x7 DDI service availability.Supervise a team with various skill sets all focused on the goal of providing stellar customer support across the PwC Global Network Connectivity Suite of Services (SDWAN, VPN, Firewalls, DDI, WAF) with a primary focus on DDIResponsible for maintaining Day to Day DDI operations using various tools & technologies such as BlueCat Address Manager, Bluecat Gateway & Edge, Splunk, Linux Debian, Thousandeyes, DataDog, etc.Support Migration activities for migrating the legacy DDI environment to Global DDI services.Ensure effective Design, Development, Validation and Support activities in line with client needs and architectural requirements.Adherence to SLAs.Ensure continual knowledge base/SOP management.Adherence to the organisational guidelines and processes.As a leader in this area you are expected to solve unique problems efficiently and effectively.
