Delivery Lead - Technology

About the Role:
Responsible and accountable for the resourcing and delivery of Critical and Operational Comms infrastructure programs of work across Woodside's operating assets.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership to ensure optimal performance of contractors and service providers.

Offer technical guidance to stakeholders to support the effective management, operation, and future planning of the delivery portfolio.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers critical to service delivery, as well as with Strategy Technology Managers and IT leads.

Organise and oversee service provider teams to deliver outcomes in alignment with Woodside's standards, processes, and specifications.

Protect the production environment by adhering to IT Change Control protocols and Engineering Management of Change (MoC) procedures.
Skills & Experience:
-
Experience in leading teams and engaging with senior business stakeholders through effective reporting and communication.

Experience within the Engineering and Technology sector.

Hands-on experience in Operational Communications and IT services within the energy industry.

Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, capable of independently managing projects of varying scale and complexity, while recognising gaps in expertise and securing the necessary resources for successful delivery.

Skilled in developing governance frameworks for projects executed by service providers, ensuring full compliance with Woodside’s standards and expectations.

Knowledgeable in Process Safety Management principles, with the ability to apply these concepts effectively during project changes.

Understands the role of Safety Critical Elements within Major Accident Event (MAE) bow tie methodologies and can apply this understanding practically.

Strong grasp of business learning and continuous improvement processes.
