About the Role: We are looking for a Demand Planning Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in executing our demand forecasting process. You will work cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and Analytics to optimize our planning operations and improve our accuracy for our 1,700+ locations. The ideal candidate is analytically strong, technically proficient, and comfortable working with large datasets to drive actionable insights.
What You’ll Do…
- Develop and maintain weekly demand forecasts for our fleet of fridges and retail locations.
- Incorporate test results and business changes into demand forecasts in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor, analyze, and report demand planning performance to key stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Supply Chain team on forecasting and scheduling.
- Pull, analyze, and visualize data from our data warehouse to support demand planning decisions.
- Maintain and improve our item-level production forecasts, ensuring continuous optimization.
- Track and report key demand metrics on a daily and weekly basis.
- Collaborate with Finance, Analytics, Sales, Production, and Operations to align on demand input.
- Partner with the Data & Analytics team to enhance forecasting models and reporting capabilities.
Who You Are…
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related field).
- 2+ years of experience in an analytical or demand planning role, preferably handling large datasets.
- Strong Excel & Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation).
- Experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Familiarity with BI & data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Experience running and organizing meetings with cross-functional teams.
- Bonus: Knowledge of Python or R for demand forecasting and analytics.
