It isn’t a question.About the Role: As a Demand Planning Specialist at Haleon, you will focus on delivering flawless execution of demand planning for all channels and accounts across the BELUX business. Collaborating with commercial, finance, and wider supply organizations, you will drive demand planning activities, develop high-accuracy long-term forecasts, and drive the core commercial cycle (S&OP). You will also continuously seek performance improvements in planning processes and maintain related KPI metrics, participating in cross-functional projects across the wider business area.Location: Zaventem, Belgium (Corporate Village)Responsibilities: Drive and own end-to-end demand planning for nominated channels/accounts across all consumer healthcare categories to improve customer service levels and reduce end supply chain costs and working capital.Contribute to and lead market core commercial cycle meetings (Sales and Operations Planning).Manage internal measurement and reporting of demand planning KPIs to drive improvement initiatives.Build a consensus-driven demand forecast with commercial teams, ensuring full volume and value alignment for a 0-36 month horizon.Work closely with inventory planners and planning hubs to manage product launches and inventory.Maintain a detailed knowledge of all components of the demand forecast, including statistical baselines, promotion impacts, sales intelligence, new product introductions, and market data.Manage an effective product lifecycle process, from pro-launch to obsolescence, and proactively handle activities to clear residual and slow-moving stocks.Interpret key trends impacting individual channel/account performance.Qualifications & Skills: Graduated in Finance, Supply Chain, Administration, or Engineering.Minimum of 3 years in demand planning.Proficiency in Excel and SAP/APO.Good end-to-end supply chain understanding.Good commercial understanding and financial acumen.Strong English proficiency and ideally fluent in the local market language.Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Strong analytical capabilities.Ability to influence and negotiate effectively.Strong problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.We Offer: An exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on global health.A recognition program celebrating employees' contributions.Generous Holiday Allowance.Support for car/public transport commute allowance.Comprehensive paternity/maternity leave cover.To support remote work arrangements.Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate personal needs.Competitive pension scheme.International career development opportunities.Care to join us.
