Isn’t that beautiful?   As a Demand Supply Planner, SK-II VN, you are the process owner for the regional demand plan and S&OP cycle for the brands. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure tight alignment between forecast plan and financial plan as well as manage the inventory levels of the brands. To support the Manager in managing and coordinating the activities of our supply chain and its partners, optimizing the Company’s efficiency and working capital whilst maintaining the service levels demanded by our customers.   Key responsibilities Drive monthly S&OP and forecast meetings with cross-functional stakeholders. Develop 12-month rolling demand forecast, incorporating market intelligence (promotions, phase in/phase out, new launches, dis-continuations) from Sales and Marketing teams. Challenge the forecast as needed. Translate demand plan into supply plan for order placement to principals. Balance demand and supply needs of omni-channels, facilitate product allocation or product rebalancing as and when required. Reconcile supply plan to demand plan to mitigate shortfalls and excess stocks situations for new launches, production related shortages or un-forecasted demand spikes. Monitor and manage Slow move and Obsolescence stock while driving for action from stakeholders. Analyze and highlight business risk and opportunity to stakeholders and jointly propose appropriate mitigation plans. Conduct historical sales analysis and data cleansing to build statistical baseline forecast. Develop and prepare monthly forecasting files, S&OP and KPI reports. Participate in demand & supply planning projects. Requirements Key Success Factors: Service Level Inventory Coverage Forecast Accuracy and Forecast Bias Manage Expiring, Slow Moving and Obsolete stock levels Forecast Validation Key Requirements: Have a tertiary qualification or equivalent combination of relevant working experience that will allow the successful performance of job expectations. At least 1-3 years of related working experience in supply chain / procurement industry. Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, SAP experience is an added advantage. Have collaborated with regulatory affairs groups to assess pending and new regulations and changes, and have demonstrated the ability to reduce and manage complexity. Have good interpersonal skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
