Job Description This is a remote position. Role: Demolition Estimator & Executive Assistant Position Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Sydney Time, with 1-hour unpaid break About the Client It's a specialized demolition contractor delivering professional demolition services across multiple sectors. About the Role: We're seeking a skilled professional to join a growing demolition company in a dual role combining technical estimating expertise with high-level administrative support. Key Responsibilities Analyze construction plans, specifications, and site photos to prepare detailed demolition quotes Create and submit professional quotes using Xero Review scope of works documents and translate technical requirements into accurate cost estimates Liaise with management for quote approvals before client submission Provide high-level PA support to company director Manage correspondence, schedules, and administrative workflows Handle general office administration and documentation Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders Requirements Required Qualifications & Experience Proven experience in construction or demolition industry (2+ years preferred) Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction plans and scope of works Experience in cost estimation and quote preparation Strong background in executive assistance or administrative support Proficiency with Xero or similar accounting/quoting software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Desired Attributes Self-motivated with ability to work remotely Strong organizational and time management skills Professional demeanor and business acumen Problem-solving mindset Ability to maintain confidentiality Benefits HMO Coverage for eligible locations Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job Requirements Proven experience in construction or demolition industry (2+ years preferred) Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction plans and scope of works Experience in cost estimation and quote preparation Strong background in executive assistance or administrative support Proficiency with Xero or similar accounting/quoting software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
