Synergy 3D is looking for a customer service representative with dental laboratory experience and professional communication skills. This position involves problem-solving dentists’ case issues with tact to help give patients beautiful smiles.

Responsibilities

● Speak with dental practices directly via phone, email and chat to understand their key concerns and explain issues to team members as needed.

● Problem-solve clients’ clinical case issues and concisely relay solutions to the clients.

● Document and update customer records based on interactions

● Perform some work in billing and quality control within the shipping and receiving department

● Learn in-depth how to operate the technology that is changing dentistry and apply this knowledge to provide solutions to clients’ problems

Requirements

● Minimum two years experience as a Dental Assistant (preferably Lead Assistant or EDDA) or dental lab.

● Demonstrate a strong customer service attitude

● Extremely detail-oriented and organized, able to meet multiple deadlines and work on multiple customer service cases at the same time

● Ability to understand clients’ key concerns, ask follow up questions and record and relay detailed information internally to team members and externally to clients

● Ability to perform in a fast-moving work environment

● Understand basic computer navigation

Salary and Benefits

● Dental, health, insurance offered after 120 days employment

● Work hours: 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm, Monday - Friday (1 hour break per day)

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour, pay varies based on experience

Expected hours: 40 per week
