Deputy Head, Engineering and Construction Centre

In this position, you will:1. Engineering Progress and Quality Management (1) According to the communication engineering plan, responsible for leading the preparation of implementation plans and schedules for relevant projects. (2) Organize and supervise the implementation and maintenance of engineering projects, ensuring compliance with quality, progress, cost, regulations, and safety requirements. (3) Manage the entire lifecycle of engineering construction projects. 2. Leasing Cooperation Management (1) Coordinate and guide negotiations and cooperation for leasing properties such as base stations, building transmission access, and equipment rooms. (2) Lead the co-construction and resource sharing of base stations and transmission resources. 3. Engineering Asset Management (1) Take the lead in asset management of materials for ongoing projects, including procurement, usage, and return, as well as engineering acceptance management. (2) Provide guidance on investment progress management and capital transfer. 4. Engineering Supervision and Evaluation Management (1) Manage survey and design, construction, and equipment manufacturers of projects on a project basis. (2) Take the lead in evaluating engineering partners. 5. Cooperate with additional responsibilities arising from company development and other tasks assigned by company leadership.To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:1. Educational background: Bachelor degree or above, with preference given to those with diverse work experience. 2. Work experience: 8 years or above working experience, at least 3 years of managerial experience is highly preferred.3. Technical background: Familiar with corporate governance and enterprise management knowledge, familiar with the characteristics of the telecommunications industry, and able to closely follow international and domestic political and economic information as well as the development trends of the information and communications industry. 4. Other requirements: Possess good communication and coordination skills, adaptability to on-site situations, high writing proficiency, and strong service and teamwork management abilities.
