Deputy Manager Commercial

Analyse upcoming commercial and chartering requirements and establish/maintain mechanisms to quantify and track business-value-delivered. Responsible for the communication, lock down and monitoring of value realization within Offshore Logistics. Responsible for the verification and payment of all Service Provider invoices and monitor Service Provider contract compliance. Review business case for all projects to ensure financial viability and manage and track monthly charges to ensure accuracy of supplier charges and expenses. Lead the tasks related to cost savings, business case development, as well as review and assess project business case. Provide regular distributed financial reporting including budgeted and actual expenses, forecasts and financial trend analysis. Ensure that anticipated and agreed service provider financial responsibilities are not inadvertently converted to expenses. Oversee balancing relevant technical and pricing issues and evaluate vendor proposals and identify potential strengths and weaknesses. Oversee the chartering of all vessels as per the approved processes and procedures manual. Manage the compilation of the commercial assessment of all tender submissions (either internally or using a Third Party). Manage the compilation of the Contract Document, and execution with the respective Contractual parties. Minimun Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Maritime, Shipping, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent professional qualification. At least 10 years of relevant experience in Commercial Offshore Services related to the Oil & Gas industry with at least five years at senior supervisory level. In-depth knowledge in relevant Oil & Gas Business Planning, Offshore Services, commercial management and core marine processes, in addition to relevant regulations with sound knowledge in Oil & Gas production operations. Proficient in English.
